The SICASOV Group manages and defends the breeders' rights regarding the ownership of their plant creations. It delivers, on behalf of the breeders or their assignees, licenses or sub-licenses for plant varieties utilization and collects the royalties resulted of these agreements. The Group supervises the plants portfolio and the use of granted licenses. The same services are provided for patents, know-how and registered trademarks.
